1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by qqclubs, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a valid and enforceable agreement between you as the user and qqclubs as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use qqclubs services. Continued use following any amendment to the terms means you accept the latest version of the terms.

2. Account Registration Eligibility

Account registration at qqclubs is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• A citizen or resident in a region where online gambling is not specifically prohibited by local laws applicable to you personally.
• Registering only one account per individual — registering multiple accounts using the same identity, email address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list active on this platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

qqclubs reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accepted documents include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or any identity document recognised by Malaysian authorities.

3. Account Management

Each player is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account login details, including their username and password. qqclubs will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to protect their login information.

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Notify the qqclubs support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. qqclubs reserves the right to verify the accuracy of such information.
• Changes to key account information — such as your name or mobile number — require sufficient identity verification.

qqclubs operates under international licensing and adheres to strict compliance standards. All accounts may be subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure reviews at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

qqclubs supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours once the request has been approved.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the player's own name. qqclubs does not permit the use of third-party accounts.
• Any funds deposited into an account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method or a method that has been verified in advance.
• qqclubs reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests for security and compliance review purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by qqclubs are subject to specific conditions stated alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those conditions before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to RM1,500. Example calculation: a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM100, giving a total balance of RM200. Before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, players must meet a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount — in this example, RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 in wagering value must be reached first.

• Bonuses may only be used within the qqclubs platform and cannot be transferred.
• qqclubs reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse, multi-account wagering, or fraud is detected.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonuses after that period will expire automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• The qqclubs VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from 0.2% (Bronze tier) up to 1.2% (Diamond tier), depending on account activity level. Tier upgrades are determined based on the consistency of wagering activity over time.

6. Player Responsibilities

Each player is fully responsible for all betting decisions made within their account. qqclubs provides the platform only and does not influence game outcomes in any way.

• Players must ensure that their use of qqclubs services complies with the laws applicable to them in their area of residence.
• Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

• Players are strictly prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or collude with other players to the detriment of the platform will result in immediate account closure.

7. Account Restrictions and Closure

qqclubs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Fraud, misconduct, or attempts at money laundering.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player themselves.
• Orders from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, qqclubs reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account, including real money and bonus balances, without any compensation. Should an account be closed for other valid reasons, any remaining real money balance will be returned via the original payment method once the investigation is complete.

8. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, qqclubs will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform's services.
